- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time, which will be mentioned on the product page.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Partners
- We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- All shipments include a tracking number, which will be shared with you via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Urban Areas: 4–7 business days
- Remote & Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

💳 Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge of ₹60–₹100 may apply (calculated at checkout).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional service fee.

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your Ace Blades account.
🛑 Order Not Received or Damaged
- If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at theaceblades@gmail.com with your Order ID and issue details.
- For damaged deliveries, include clear photos of the packaging and product.
