Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time, which will be mentioned on the product page.

All shipments include a tracking number, which will be shared with you via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

Other Urban Areas: 4–7 business days
Remote & Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

💳 Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge of ₹60–₹100 may apply (calculated at checkout).
Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional service fee.

❗ Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Unexpected weather conditions
High-demand periods (e.g., sale season, holidays)
Courier network disruptions

In such cases, we will notify you and share revised timelines.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your Ace Blades account.

🛑 Order Not Received or Damaged

If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at theaceblades@gmail.com with your Order ID and issue details.
For damaged deliveries, include clear photos of the packaging and product.
